When do the Skill support german language?
Like written in the subject, maybe you could extend the node to the skill
https://www.amazon.de/Emil-Thies-Text-Nachricht/dp/B07FDHWT6K
Text Nachricht.
It is for german, and i think its nealy the same. You can use the link and a post funktion.
Would be cool. Maybe you have time.
regards
For people with an Alexa with a screen, a title (which defaults to "Notification from Yourself") is displayed when a notification arrives.
It would be nice if you let people specify a title, either through a "Title" property or msg.title
Thanks!
It would be good if the access code could be supplied via e.g. msg.access
Cutting and pasting the notifyme node between tabs loses the access code.
I would like to keep it in a global variable and cut and paste a change node that feeds it into e.g. msg.access
Any chance of this?
Thanks
Brian
"1x New Notification from Notify Me." is all i get. The string pushed does not get read out.
The test link in the sign up email also doesn't read out the payload. May be related more to the skill than this node?
It seems that after a day or two NotifyMe stops working. The only solution to the problem is to restart Node-Red.
Hihi
I see you've fixed the README so it doesn't show a 404, but it doesn't seem to have propagated to Node-Red's page so it looks like it's broken.

Tom
I have tried using this node but have no success. I have simply but the notify node into a flow with a timestamp to trigger. entered a simple text and access number. but not notifications on my Alexa device. Please elaborate what I could be doing wrong.
In the README in GitHub (as well as in node-red page https://flows.nodered.org/node/node-red-contrib-alexa-notifyme) you should explicitly mention that this node requires enabling "Notify Me" skill in Alexa in order to work.
Note that "Notify Me"is only available in English AND in certain countries (for example, Amazon does not allow you to enable that skill in Spain or in Germany, even if you didn't mind having it in English).
Please change the href="http://www.thomptronics.com/notify-me" link in the alexa_notif.html file to be href="http://www.thomptronics.com/about/notify-me" instead.
any how possible you release the skill in other geographical regions too?
