Possibly:

Possibly take mosaicked by KM annual data:

• Mask and clip to standard extents
• ability to add in new annual by either recreating stack for each annual monitoring update or add to a previously created stack??

Recreate existing workflow or perhaps do more in raster format prior to final products.

Products to include:

• density (condition?)
• extent
• trendclass

Functions for calibration

Possibly:

• extract site data
• ingest Matlab cover calcs
• regress and output vis and metrics (possibly an analysis RMarkdown)
• include a robust regression pathway
• output final "calibration file"

NBART image acquisition

Obtain historic Landsat data for dates previously chosen for mosaicking. Sources:

• DEA Sandbox (only current to late 2018)
• NCI DataCube (dates to July 2020)

Work up tide data and image integration
