Determine file type before converting. Add TTF.

I've seen this site that can determine if a woff/woff2 file is Opentype or TrueType before converting. I don't know if you're still developing this or not, but it be a nice addition to be able to convert to the original curves intended.

I don't mind using the site, but having a command line tool that does the same would be a major improvement for quality of life use.

I appreciate your contribution and will continue to use it convert known Opentype woff files to Opentype files. Thanks!
