Wrong description and duplicate label for TMO_0061

TMO_0061 has two labels: "side effect" and "family medical history". The 
description matches the latter, the dbxref the former. This class seems to be a 
mixture of two actually different classes.

TMO_0046 -- Arm of clinical study

Arm of clinical study (definition: "A role played within a clinical study
by a collection of organisms playing the role of subjects. Most randomized
trials have two "arms" but some have three "arms" or even more.")

is a subclass of 

Subset of population (defintion: "A role played within a planned process by
a collection of organisms playing the role of subjects.")

which is a subclass of bfo:role.

Now this seems very strange to me. If 'Arm of clinical study' is a role,
where is the bearer of this role in the ontology? I guess 'collection of
organisms' or 'group of organisms' should be introduced. 

But anyways, portraying 'Arm of a clinical study' as a role still strikes
me as strange. Maybe this could better be represented as a process that is
part of the overall process of a clinical study? With the individual
patients being participants of this process, and realizing their roles as
'clinical trial participants' this way?

Also, 'subset of a population' in itself does not appear to be a role as
well. It just seems a bit far-fetched.
