Document export options such as "To .qctools.xml.gz" and "To sidecar .qctools.xml.gz"?

There was some discussion about adding thumbnails into the sidecar, perhaps in a matroska container that would container both the gzipped xml and thumbnail data, but not there yet. As for the distinction, option 1 means to export (with a prompt to request where to export to) whereas option 2 exports to neighbor the input file.

But yes documentation should be updated.

there are 3 options:

1. "To .qctools.xml.gz..." ("..." denotes there will be a new window, here this is for the file name)
2. "To sidecar .qctools.xml.gz" (filename.mov.qctools.xml.gz for the current file)
3. "To sidecar .qctools.xml.gz (All files)"" (filename.mov.qctools.xml.gz for the all open files)

No changes in the format of the .qctools.xml.gz file (same content)

"sidecar" means that we put the .qctools.xml.gz side to the media file e.g. mediafile is $HOME/filename.mov, stats file is $HOME/filename.mov.qctools.xml.gz
In the future, we plan to add some options (to a specific directory automatically...)
