Mesh Construction

The Mesh class should be redesigned so that the mesh is generated during construction rather than after the fact.

JSON Input

Input should be able to be given as a JSON file. The nlohmann/json library may be a good choice for parsing input.

Debugging Eigen

Eigen contains some extensions for printing Eigen structures in gdb. I would like to generate the required .gdbinit function for debugging builds so that this feature is portable with the build system. This will first require adding these Eigen files to the repository then having CMake generate the .gdbinit file in the build directory.
