Inference IXI

Hello
Thank you for your nice work
I want to try the inference of the model on IXI dataset, to use for downstream task,
However when I load your pretrained weights,
I get
Network weights module.ROG.combination_brain.1.weight not loaded. Network weights module.ROG.combination_brain.2.norm.weight not loaded. Network weights module.ROG.combination_brain.2.norm.bias not loaded.
Maybe you modified the structure of the model to predict the brain zone,
The results I get are very coarse I dont know if there is an issue,

Also I couldnt generate a proper dataset_stats.json for IXI, as I understand it it computes sizes of the connected components but there are no groundtruthes here, I replaced everything with the mean size of the images 100x512x512

Steps to preprocess IXI dataset

Hi, this is a wonderful work and I am afraid I may be asking a very trivial question here. But can you please elaborate on how to preprocess IXI dataset that doesnt have labels and also detail those steps if possible. Thank you

Monai Label branch is missing

Hi, Thank you for such an amazing work. But I am not able to find the monai label app or its corresponding branch in this code base. It would be really helpful if you could guide me to the same. Thank you!
