UIRefreshControl not centered in iPhone 6

If you test the library in an iPhone 6 the refresh control is not in the center of the table view

Rotation is broken and causes freezing

When I rotate my device/simulator the app freezes, please check if it is the same for you too.

Animation of the spinner doesn't stop

The animation of the spinner doesn't ever stop - before refresh or after refresh is done.

Not sure if this is an expected behavior. Can be an improvement if it is.

Setting the tintColor property makes a UIActivityIndicatorView visible again on the next pull

With 1.0.0, setting the tintColor property any time after instantiation will make the underlying UIActivityIndicatorView visible again on the next pull.

UICollectionView & AutoLayout issue

Hi,

I'm using a UICollectionView in a custom view controller with AutoLayout. I set it up so that it fills the entire view controller. I managed to add your control, but it is being displayed misaligned horizontally (not centered).

It might have to do with the fact that I'm using Interface Builder and that I didn't give any particular size to the view controller (I'm using iOS 8 size classes).

Any ideas?

P.S.: It would be AWESOME if the animation is not fired until the refreshing process starts. As it is implemented now, the animation starts as soon as we start dragging the scroll view a little bit.

RTSpinKitViewStyleChasingDots shows as rotating square

Works with RTSpinKitViewStyleWave however. SpinKit version that Cocoapods included as a result of this project was 1.2.0. Any ideas why?
