Don't reqiure caller to have the linkme crate

bddap_aoc can re-export linkme to ensure it exists

annoying lsp diagnostic proc macro `register` not expanded: proc macro crate is missing dylib [unresolved-proc-macro]

This code compiles fine but trips up rust-analyzer

User must also import the linkme crate

For bddap-aoc to work, user also needs to add the linkme crate to their Cargo.toml
