Fix Firefox and Safari compatibility issues

The controllers are breaking when the user navigates to views for individual students, classes, and tests.

Issue with delete class

If a student is removed from a class, they are no longer associated with the class. However, if an entire class is deleted before the student is removed, the student still appears to be in that class.

Prevent duplicate data on test result submission

Averages not appearing

Add code to display average times in student and test table summary rows.
