Make sure arm is lifted when the queue is paused

It seems like it would be useful to have the pen lift when the user pauses the command queue. This is difficult to do with the current methods available.

• Explore using p-queue's priority feature to add commands to the head of the queue
• Add logic to .pause() which will lift the pen if necessary, and return it to its prior state upon .resume().
• Add an option to .pause() to not lift the arm

Package not working with Line-Us 3.0.0 (`moveTo` command)

Hello I made the mistake of updating the firmware of my Line-Us but now every moveTo() command doesn't work anymore.
More precisely the pen goes up and instantly down so it draws a path when it should not.

My version of Line-Us.
