BeatLeader Quest Mod

Oculus Quest native mod for the BeatLeader.

Beat Saber custom songs leaderboard service. It records your plays and sends them to the server.

Usage

Download .qmod file from the Releases tab and install it using BMBF. Use the appropriate version for your Beat Saber version! In order to see leaderboards and post scores, you need to login in preferences. Sign up with any login and password if your are using mod in the first time. You can migrate to Steam profile on the website.

Go to the https://beatleader.xyz/ to see your scores on the web.

BeatLeader happily accepts JDFixer "No Leaderboard" songs

Steps to reproduce:

1: Install BeatLeader and JDFixer.
2: Use JDFixer to change song NJS. (This option should disable score submission!)
3: Play song.

Expected behavior:
Song score is not recorded by BeatLeader.
Song score is not recorded by in-game high score.

Actual behavior:
Song score is submitted to BeatLeader (wrong behavior).
Score does not appear in in-game high score (right behavior).

Issue:
JDFixer lets the player change the JD and NJS but only the JD is supposed to be editable without disabling score submissions. Editing NJS normally disables submissions from being made.

BeatLeader caused crash after every map until I logged it in

Just an FYI: If you install the BeatLeader qmod but don't login to a BeatLeader account it'll cause the game to crash pretty reliably after completing any given (modded) map. Seems like the type of bug that'd be hard for a developer to notice since you're always going to be logging in as yourself and... why would you play a song to completion without logging in first? 😄

Add Support for Non-Letter/Number Characters ($,@,*) in Passwords

This would greatly benefit the security of the mod, since passwords would be more secure.

Crash on Solo song select after a soft-restart

1. Go to Solo mode and select a song (you don't have to play it, just trigger loading the Leaderboard for that song)
2. Trigger a soft-restart by going to Options → Settings → hit OK
3. Go back to Solo mode and select a song
4. 💥 null pointer dereference

I am logged out of BeatLeader. That might be related?

Game crashed right after song clear, is there a way to manually upload score?

My game crashed right after finishing a song. the score is safe, I think, because I can play the Replay in game just fine

I noticed an issue with the new qmod for v 1.35.0

The issue is you cannot switch between the beatleader leaderboard and the main game leaderboard like you can on the steam version or beatleader so if you could add support for that then that would be great.

BeatLeader incompatible with Chroma & Noodle Extensions

Using v0.4.1, when loading BeatSaber with just BeatLeader, the game loads just fine. When loading either Chroma or Noodle Extensions or both with BeatLeader, game immediately crashes on start.

I absolutely love BeatLeader and the scoreboards & replay capabilities. The mod is quite popular among my Sabering group to keep our sessions competitive. I realize supporting other mods may be out of scope of this project, but I'd like to at least make mention of this particular compatibility combination. Chroma & Noodle Extensions enable so many additional new & creative songs.

This is more of a feature request than a bug report. So if its out of scope, feel free to just close this issue.

crush when loading the leaderboard

Hello, this mod is awosome.But there is some problem.
I got latest version, but it always crush when I preview some map.
I think it's because of the delay in loading the leaderboard, maybe the delay makes some NullPointerException.
Because when I don't show the global rankings, only the local ones, crush almost doesn't happen.

Beatsaber (Quest) would consistently freeze after the mod uploads a replay

Whenever the mod's done with uploading a replay the game will freeze for 1-2 seconds, sometimes more, and crash the game.
will happen in song select screen and while playing a song too (I suppose the mod keeps uploading the replay in the background)

Game Crashing Instantly

As soon as i startup my game, it crashes.

i got banned?!?!?

when I was playing tremENDouS (Ranked) I noticed my yesterdays score was not there, so i played it again and BeatLeader said I was banned, I did it with no arrows, my beatleader name is FlamingVR and my VR name is Flaming.VR_ please fix this, i didn't do anything wrong

Country rank # doesn't update when country is changed.

If you change your country on the site your rank # doesn't update in game.

Login Preferences?

I've been looking around and I don't see a mod menu for it in the 1.21.0 version. am I supposed to do it some other way?

Breaking songs

With beatleader enabled any song that uses noodle extensions / chroma will crash beat saber apon trying to load the song with beatleader enabled the songs worked after disabling the mod

BeatSaber crashes (1.28.0)

BeatSaber keeps crashing after doing a sign-up in BeatLeader (in-game).
The only solution so far was to deactivate the mod or BeatSaber won't start.
