Missing references

@matuskalas I've removed Euro-BioImaging as a reference cause there's no paper for this.
The missing ones are now related to Zarr, NCZarr and GeoZarr, which have no papers, here are the links provided by Anne:

Mermaid graph not rendered

When generating the preview, the mermaid graph does not appear rendered, resulting in an overflow of text that does not help the readability of the manuscript at all. Should we simply remove it?

[not crucial] Preference of EDAM annotations

I might be completely wrong (or my brain doesn't work anymore on Sunday 1am), but I thought it was the other way round, i.e. that the EDAM annotations in the XML of a wrapper have higher priority than those in Bio.tools. @pauzierep @bebatut what's correct?

But in any case, I fully agree that this is subject to change, and if possible should be treated so. 👍🏽👍🏽 So a low-priority issue, just that ideally we shouldn't state something not true in the preprint.
