Customer Segmentation - RFM Analysis	Project includes data collected from customers who made purchases through FLO's online and offline channels in 2020 - 2021. The plan is to categorize the customer base and develop marketing strategies tailored to each segment. To do this, FLO will identify customer behaviors and create distinct groups based on these behavioral clusters.	MS SQL, PowerBI
Retail Analysis	This project's data was obtained using sales data from two retail chains based in Australia, with data spanning from January 2016 to July 2017. This project gives an overall picture of the business units and how they're performing.	Excel, PowerBI
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)	This project aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of Bank Credit Card Customers data based on their attributes. The goal of this project is to provide valuable insights for the bank to tailor its services and offerings to better meet the needs of its diverse customer base.	Python (Plotly, Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib)
Customer Return Calculation	Project involves "persona" dataset that contains the sales transactions of an international game company, including product prices, download sources, and user demographics (gender, age, country). The goal of this project is to create new level-based customer definitions (personas) and segments based on demographic information and purchase behavior while estimating the average revenue per customer profile.
