Creating a demo from fragments

Hey, thanks for creating this tool, it's quite helpful!

So I saw in the README that you tried to do this already:

I tried to combine all GOTV fragments into a full demo after the broadcast is done but it sadly didn't work. I might try again at a later point.

I was able to sort of do something that partially works, but unfortunately the resulting demo doesn't play in-game.
It only got only work with my demo parser (after two minor adjustments).

Maybe this will help you. I'll let you know if I get it working in-game but I thought maybe you'd like to try as well.
