Add test for tabindex attribute binding

Ability to reset to "prompt" state

I have a scenario where I would like to be able to reset a select-list to its "prompt" state.

I would have expected changing the passed in value to undefined would do this. What do you think? If this is desired behaviour I can put together a PR for it...

1. Add an integration test covering the behavior.

Deprecation warnings - ember-cli-babel

Please upgrade to at least ember-cli-babel 6.6. Version 5.2.8 located: XXXX -> ember-cli-data-export -> ember-cli-babel

I actually tried to work on this but I ran into too many issues trying to upgrade to a more recent ember version.

Tabindex should not be set to -1

This prevents the selects from being focusable via keyboard.

Prompt Should have Value=""

It turns out that when prompt is specified, in order for the select to actually be considered invalid, the option must have its value set to "".

See this pen for example; when there is value="" on the prompt, the form submits; but when value="" is removed, the form does validation as expected.

I can make a PR, but the change is really quite trivial.

Edit: disabled does not affect the form validity.

Add select-list-item subcomponent and try to make the main component use that
