Find out nutritional information and metadata about food. Adjust the portion amount for a specific food to see accurate nutrient content for that quantity. Data is fetched from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's integrated data system FoodData Central.
Note: FoodData Central does not provide all nutritional information and metadata for many of the food entries. Percent Daily Values are calculated using a 2000 Calorie diet. Actual daily values may be different depending on one's calorie needs.
