Provide rendered image output

Provide a development option where Finch will output rendered images (e.g. png) of what would be shown on a display. This might make development easier. This will have to be done per display type.

Update display code to handle multiple display types

Update the display code to handle multiple display types of varying geometries.

Improve logging

Need consistent logging. Do not mix stdout and log. Prefer log.

Support Waveshare 320x240 IPS 2.0 inch display

Display error when FA service is down

When the FA service is down and cannot be reached over http, the software currently shows the most recent aircraft stats. Instead show an error message so the user is aware of the problem.

Build Debian package

Update Makefile to build Debian package. This will allow the program to be easily installed on a Raspberry Pi w/o the need for compiling.

Service file

Implement a service file so Finch can be managed as a service (auto start, start, stop, etc.)

Add overall stats screen to status rotation

Currently Finch only iterates through aircraft. Add a screen (or screens) to the loop that shows overall status (e.g. how many aircraft, system status, etc.).

Consider adding bearing from receiver to aircraft

Next to the distance on the display, consider adding a bearing from the receiver to the aircraft.
