Display collect module details

Describe the feature you'd like to request

When monitoring a profile's collects, it should display details about the collect module in the Discord embed message. It should support the following collect modules:

• Fee Collect Module
• Limited Fee Collect Module

e.g. Collected for 2 WMATIC (1/10)

Separate posts & comments in feed options

Describe the feature you'd like to request

Currently, every feed monitors incoming posts and comments by default. The user should be able to control/modify these options so that a feed could monitor e.g. only posts or comments.

This will improve the user experience and make feeds more customizable.

Support multi page response for "/list" command

Describe the feature you'd like to request

When monitoring too many profiles the /list command will return:

There was an error while executing this command!

due to the message exceeding the character limit. In this case the message embed should be returned in multiple pages/messages.

Handle Lens profile transfers

Describe the feature you'd like to request

Currently, the database schema stores ownedBy in Instance.
If the Lens profile gets transferred to another wallet, then ownedBy would point to the wrong wallet address.
