Add the possibility to send raw messages

If they have been uri-encoded on the other end, for instance. Or URI encoded only in part.
I can do a PR for this is needed; would you please add "hacktoberfest" to the topics of the repo so that it counts :-)?

sendMessage does not encode $text

sendMessage will fail with any complex text. $text should be url-encoded.

URI encoding should be done properly

The current version leaves out some characters such as à and things like ←
This is probably a good, or better, alternative than #8, although that could possible be needed after all.

I really have no idea how it arrived to this... There must be something in the original message that made it crash.
