Add ability to specify multiple configurations to render

What is the summary of the feature?

Add ability to specify more than one configuration on the command line, and 
have them run (and 
optionally output to separate directories).

If they are to be output to different directories, these should be named for 
the configuration and 
output under the output directory.

What is a typical use case?
You want to output a bunch of server configs, but dont want to call 
RenderConfig a bunch of times.

Adding a CDATA node to an XML document with namespace results in node with blank namespace

error when an element in quotes has a reference to a path with a forward slash

The following failed with the error:

                    TYPE = DELETE
                   XPATH = /configuration/location[@path='Quotes/quote.aspx']/system.webServer/httpProtocol/customHeaders/add[@name='Cache-Control']
    Adding XML Namespace : r = http://schemas.microsoft.com/.NetConfiguration/v2.0
Attempting match with modified XPATH = 
/r:configuration/r:location[@path='Quotes/r:quote.aspx']/r:system.webServer/r:ht
tpProtocol/r:customHeaders/r:add[@name='Cache-Control']

Encountered error: Failed to process delete modification to xpath =
