unable to run cmake with current tip of "matrix_operation"

There's only one branch in the repo: "matrix_operation". Is that intended?

When I run cmake I get the following errors:

  Target "cublas_tests" links to target "traccc::cuda" but the target was not
  found.  Perhaps a find_package() call is missing for an IMPORTED target, or
  an ALIAS target is missing?
