requirements_dev.txt pins pip==23.2.1, and this is not yet available on RTD. Trigger a doc rebuild once it becomes available.

position of `vslice_val`

• sliceplots version: 0.1.0
• Python version: 3.6
• Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

The position of the text showing the value of vslice_val (2.7 in this case) is incorrectly shifted to the left while using Plot2D. It should be right next to the vertical line. Can this be automated?
