The docker image is auto built at https://registry.hub.docker.com/u/yeasy/hyperledger-fabric-base/.

In Dockerfile

FROM yeasy/hyperledger-fabric-base:latest

Which image is based on?

The image is built based on golang 1.8 image.

What has been changed?

install dependencies

Install required libsnappy-dev, zlib1g-dev, libbz2-dev.

clone fabric code

Clone the fabric code from repo.

install tools

Install required tools like chaintools, go tools, cryptogen, configtxgen, configtxlator.

Supported Docker versions

This image is officially supported on Docker version 1.7.0+.

Support for older versions (down to 1.0) is provided on a best-effort basis.
