Bigger API change

Heya 👋!

Would like to say nice work and am impressed that you've ported specs to run asynchronously 🙇.

I'd like to make a number of larger changes, such as making Systems return a result (and error is type parameterized), and maybe custom logic during dispatcher execution.

Would you like such changes to live here? Otherwise I'll make my fork live on as a different crate (shall credit you and link back to here).
