An error occured with the Mendelian Violation Detector tool

Dear Berke,

Hope you are doing fine.

We encountered an error with the Mendelian Violation Detector tool and we are not sure how to debug.

I attached the job.err.log and cmd.log files from the platform.

job.err.8.log

The same reference file was used for all mother, father and child VCFs. And all the VCF files have 'contig' header rows included (I remember once we encountered an error with the Variant Comparison tool this was a problem).

Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
