Track names not detected

Hello,

Since this is my first post on Github, I'm not sure whether this is the right place to post it... So apologies in advance should this be the case.
I just read about this project in the Traktor forum, and was very interested to try it, but I'm afraid I'm doing something wrong.
So an overview of the situation:

• My PC is running Windows 8.1
• Installed the LoopMidi software, launched it and added a port "LoopMIDI port"
• Launched Traktor 3.2.0, added the Denon HC 4500 to the controller manager, with the out port on "LoopMidi port"

• In the loopMidi software, the communication seems to be working, total data is increasing

• Downloaded the Track Suggestor 1.1.0 and executed the file. Settings as follows:

• In Traktor, deck A and deck B don't have tracks loaded. The Track suggestor shows a "pending" icon next to each deck:

• When I load tracks in deck A and B in Traktor, the "pending" icons disappears in the Track suggestor, but no track names are shown, and neither are track suggestions shown. Also the recommended playlists are not created.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Seems the Loopmidi is receiving information from traktor, and the track suggestor clearly knows when a track is loaded, but it's unable to clearly read the name? I've also tried it with an older version of Traktor (2.11.3), since I read it was originally designed for Traktor 2, but I get the same behavior there.

Only suggestion is the currently playing track

Hello! I love this idea for this application but unfortunately I am running into some issues. On a Macbook OS level Mojave v10.14.6 with Traktor version 3.4.2. The only suggestion I am seeing is the currently playing master track. Any ideas?
