Sanitize service name in deployment script

It looks like the service name needs to be sanitized to ensure that it matches the regex ^[a-zA-Z0-9\-_]+$

The latest build from tag 0.1.0.0 threw the following error on service creation:

An error occurred (InvalidParameterException) when calling the CreateService operation: service name must match ^[a-zA-Z0-9\-_]+$
