Comments deletion on blogpost deletion

Database comment table is missing foreign key on blogpost_id.
Comments should be deleted on cascade instead of by deleteAllFromBlogPost (CommentController) method.

Published comments management

We should be able to delete a comment already published (validated).
And see all comments on blogpost edition.
