Prerequisite:
	python
	pythin-pip
	boto (pip install -U boto)

Command Line Arguments: (precede with --)

Usage: mkec2srv [OPTION]... VALUE...
mkec2srv -r <region> -a <aws access key> -s <aws secret access key> -d <disk size> -m <mount point> -i <ami> -k <keyname> -t <instance type> -g <security group> -n <server name>

Mandatory arguments to long options are mandatory for short options too.
  -r, --region                 region for server instance creation (us-east-1)
  -a, --apikey                 aws api access key
  -s, --apisecret              aws api secret access key
  -d, --disksize               disk size for new server instance in GB (6)
  -m, --mountpoint             mount point for dish (/dev/sda1)
  -i, --ami                    ec2 ami image id (ami-1e39ca77)
  -k, --keyname                key pair name from ec2
  -t, --instancetype           instance type (m1.tiny)
  -g, --securitygroup          security group from ec2 (default)
  -n, --name                   name/tag for this instance in ec2
  -h                           display this help and exit
      --version                output version information and exit
