Toolbar Doesn't Change

Toolbar plugin has values hardcoded in. It should be modified to make it reflect what's actually being edited.

Toolbar doesn't handle OS Keyboard Shortcuts

The main editor window is apparently set up to capture the keyboard shortcuts, such at cmd+j that takes you down to the prompt, but whenever you click in the toolbar, we lose that ability, so we want to see if we can add those same keyboard-capture things to toolbar.
