Fix registration

Currently you can only register if the username is the same as the e-mail address.

Fix Country and City dropdown.

Once you select a country from a dropdown, you should only have the option to choose cities from that specific country.

Routing with database id

We want to be able to route without showing the specific id.

/Profile/Show/d5774723-8109-48ec-9653-3dc81a393955 is displaying the UserId.
