Icon name for weather forcast change?

Hi Maciej,

Thanks for your work with HA and Accuweather. I have been using it to control a color bulb based on the icon name for the forecast. In the 2024.3 branch, sensor.accuweatherhome_condition_0d was working. Now in 2024.5, that sensor seems to have gone away.

sensor.accuweatherhome_condition_day_0d has the text description for the day (example "Times of clouds and sun with a thunderstorm around; can be strong early; windy and warm; storms can bring flash flooding, damaging winds and even a tornado" but not the short text that used to say "pouring".

I noticed weather.accuweatherHome's state has "pouring" but that's current state, not forecast for the day. Did that go away?

I can view the weather entity in HA and see icons:

But I'm not sure where to tie into that data for a python_script. Any advice? TIA.

Please add support for retrieving result in different language

Hi,
Would you kindly look in to the possibility to get the response from AccuWeather in other languages then English?

I mean it is just one small parameter to add to the forecast request and the response will be in the language specified.

This would be vert nice feature to have, especially as I use the forecast data in TTS announcement in my native language.

Home Assistant integration polling interval

Maybe I am using this with HA incorrectly but I will state my issue. While using this integration with Home Assistant, the daily forecast only seems to update maybe 2 times a day. If I reload the integration then the forecast updates immediately. In the morning around 7 AM MST the forecast still shows the previous day. Is there a way to have the integration update more often?

ApI not working or accpecting the Api key

The intergation has stopped working, So deleted the intergation and reinstalled with the correct API key and it doesnt accpect it suggesting that a error has occured:

Additional Accuweather information

Hi Maciej,

You seem to have created the Accuweather integration for Home Assistant so I'm hoping you can help me-- is there any way to access the other sensors in the API? For instance, in my area snow information is very important, but for some reason it wasn't included with the integration. The headline text would also be very useful.

I know not everyone needs every sensor, but maybe they could be included but disabled so that we could enable them when needed.
