微信小程序地址库

微信小程序提供了一个非常方便的地址库插件，调用后发现其中的数据还比较全，但微信并未开放其地址库，故编写了程序，以便开发人员使用。由于微信小程序自动化测试还尚未成熟，本次同步完全通过手工同步的，十分不易，还望大家多多推广，多多star。
由于为手工同步，当中可能有一些地区有缺失，大家可以通过 issues 提交问题，我会及时更新地址库。
