Firmware?
Can you please publish firmware that is on that board?
incorrect pinout on github PDF?
Hi I am trying to configure klipper for this board, and I need the pinout for this board. The one listed on the github is not correct.
no sreen
Hi, I just buy and install a btt SKR_mini_MZ_V1.0 and I upload the marlin 2.x firmware. But when I turn the power on, the screen flash
and turn off and don’t turn back on but the P2 fan go full on. The btt is powered by a amazon ajustable voltage power supply, I set the voltage to 12.4V. I also use the stock screen (LCM1264Z-4). I use this frimware: amz_btt_mini_bed_bl_e0fan-2.0.9.3-kad1-firmware
What do I need to do? (turn the voltage up, wrong firmware, ect)
Printer : Anycubic Mega Zero V1.0
Upgrade do to the printer : heatbed (anycubic kobra heatbed), BLtouch (3d touch), btt runout sensor
Issues in documentation
Pinout file:
- CNC_FAN1/CNC_FAN2, X_STOP, Y_STOP, Z_STOP, TB, T0 boxes are drawn such way that it is not matching connector orientation. Places of signals are not clear.
- RGB - should it be marked as "neopixel" like on other boards?
- SWD - not described.
- Filename: would be good to name it in English (applicable to all files).
SKR mini MZ V1.0-Instruction Manual(1).pdf:
- Rename it without
(1)
- "MEGA Zero" -> should it be marked as "Anycubic Mega Zero" ?
- On page 2: "Support BIGTREETECH-3.5 TFT、LCD12864" -> should it be "Supports BIGTREETECH TFT displays and original Anycubic LCD12864" ? Or if it is about the modes of BTT's TFT displays, maybe rephrase it more clearly.
- Page 3, "12)" -> will be better to rephrase: "support connection of: ..." and then bulleted list of connectors.
- Page 3, Motherboard parameters would be good to clearly say that RCT version of STM32 has only 256kb of flash.
- Page 5: If you want to point to windows usb driver, point to exact location, not just to the list of repositories on github.
- Page 5: in English manual, please use Windows English UI on screenshots.
- Page 6: "motherboard wiring diagram" picture:
- RGB in reality "Neopixel" (WS281x) port, right? it is not really generic RGB port.
- "Neopixel" connector marking is in reality "PWR-Det" according to pinout file.
- Page 7, pinout picture, see above comments for pinout file.
- Page 7, "If you need to use the Filament Break Detection function," -> those jumpers are about "sensorless homing", right? not really about filament break detection.
- Page 8: what is "BOOT" mode? what it is useful for? Description of it?
- Page 8: firmware? point to right repository, not to the list of repositories.
- Page 9: pointer to dropbox file: in this file, windows screenshots are not in English like the rest of document. not useful for many of people.
- Page 9: "7)", note about heat bed: it would be good if it will be stated in the document what are the limits for heatbed supported by this board. (e.g. 12V, 10A max. / 24V - xxA max), so people can predict need of external MOSFET.
tft24 on skr mini mz v1.0
I'm trying to setup tft24 on skr mini mz
I got marlin mode working fine by using CR10 to tft cable adapter. but my problem is with the touch screen mode no mater what I try I can't get the tft24 to connect ( no printer attached )
tried serial port -1/1/2/3/4/5 non of them worked.
matched the uart 15200 and also tried 25000 on both tft and the skr mini without any luck
all the wiring installed correctly based on the pinout but still no printer attached
any help I would be appreciated
thanks in advance
Firmware temperature bed on MZ1 board
The firmware that comes with the board has temperature bed working, however the firmware on GitHub does not have it active.
#define TEMP_SENSOR_PROBE 0
Is it possible to get a configuration file for the firmware that is installed on board and sdcard?
Firmware Repository for BTT Boards: Compiled by Add-On
If you need working firmware files, Ivader has done a great job compiling binaries for all the BTT boards and loaded them all with all of the varying add ons in seperate files.
https://github.com/kad/Marlin/branches
This will get you in the right direction. You can just download the source files and open the whole folder in VS Code and pick and choose which firmware you want to build...
