Bot shows "reward existing answer" bounties

Bounty reason is the canned "One or more of the answers is exemplary and worthy of an additional bounty."

Should such bounties be shown? Depends on the exact purpose of this bot - is it intended as a "questions to answer for bounties" bot, or just "bounty showcase" bot?

If it's the former, then possibly filtering those out is a good idea.

Twitter Hashtag accepted characters

From https://twitter.com/BountyBot/status/559047998403932160 it looks that Twitter does not accept hyphens as hashtag characters.

I saw only one Twitter site result from my Google Grep on official character rules.
(unrelated: it looks like their URL slugger has a similar issue ("aren-t"))

and the SO question wasn't too helpful

Nonetheless, hashify() a & hashify() b need* some character replacement.

*"need" because this is a demo, so obviously it is required have every bell and whistle known to mankind.
