Rummy : More than one player could win a round

More than one player could win a Rummy round , we should make a restriction to prevent the user from cheating .

Belote Round score

I have noticed that when setting the score to 100 , the user could not neither increase , nor decrease the score .

Steps to reproduce :

• Set the Round score to 100

• Try to increase or decrease the score
