error: property 'tabBarElement' does not exist on type 'page'

Hi! Thanks for your contribution on the plugin. I am using Ionic2(not the beta one) and there exists an error: property 'tabBarElement' does not exist on type 'page'

Does anyone have any idea how it comes?
