Neptune no longer provides cloud gpus

Hi there,

Jakub from Neptune.ml here.
We have dropped cloud infrastructure support lately so I'd appreciate it if you can drop us from that list.

[Discussion] Additional Columns for Table

So I think the top things that need to be included are:

Ease of setup (5 star rating)
Cost (after promo) per hour based on standard GPU (not flagship), such as K80 and/or V100.

The reasoning is that most of the people using your list will be first-timers (like me) and aren't look for the best, they are looking for the best value.

And cloud storage (snapshoting) is for free !

Our datacenter is in Iceland, but we're expanding to the US as well.

I didn't do a pull request as I'm directly associated with Genesis Cloud (full disclosure ;). If you wish, I can do a pull request directly as well of course.

It would also be worth to mention that Google Colaboratory offers a free TPU (as the only vendor)
