authenticator's Issues

Support for steam tokens

First of all, really nice app, well worth the price I paid! Thanks!

So the only issue I've faced till now is that the app does not work with exported Steam Tokens. Apparently Steam uses 5 digit keys or something. I haven't tried it but I am pretty sure it'll work the same way directly from QR codes as well.

So other 2FA apps have a special steam mode or some other mechanism.

I'll link some issues regarding this faced by other apps-

helloworld1/FreeOTPPlus#113
andOTP/andOTP#475
https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/Authenticator/-/issues/115

It'll be really helpful if you could add Steam support, bonus points if I don't have to re-enter the token!

AppStore Review

Apologies for making an issue, I wanted to contact you to ask about your app approval.
I recently decided to move my fork from TestFlight to AppStore but it got rejected because they wanted to know how the token is verified (screenshot below).
Did you encounter this issue? If so how did you resolve it?

Thanks

Secret keys stored in CoreData?

I think there's a security flaw. Shouldn't the secret keys be stored in the Keychain instead of a CoreData model which can be extracted from the app and access them with small effort?
Thanks for your great work!

Brother! Thanks for the app , but

Hey man can you please! add a better icon for the app , current one looks ugly Af , this app is the most feature rich free app for 2fa and I thank you for that , the beat 2FA app for my use case .

Thanks!
