Impossible to generate condition with empty list of values for field (request_id)

Hi,
i just installed the app, but i'm having a problem with getting it to work.
The browser returns error: Impossible to generate condition with empty list of values for field (request_id), which i suppose means that there is a compatibility issue with cakePhp. The one I have installed is 3.7.6. Do you have any advice?

Missing folder : vendor

Hi,
I followed your instructions but I still got these errors :

Warning: require(C:\wamp64\www\CakeShop\vendor\autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\wamp64\www\CakeShop\config\bootstrap.php on line 23

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required 'C:\wamp64\www\CakeShop\vendor\autoload.php' (include_path='.;C:\php\pear') in C:\wamp64\www\CakeShop\config\bootstrap.php on line 23

It seems like the folder 'vendor' is missing.

Admin password?

I can't register an admin user let alone login to the existing admin user. What is the password to the existing admin user?
