conda-recipes's Issues

use ioos channel and remove duplicates

ioos has several packages needed in birdhouse and they seem to work both on centos and debian. The build for all possible platforms (incl. osx, linux-32, ...).

cdo static link of hdf5/netcdf

in current conda build cdo works only with the hdf5/netcdf which was used at build time because the lib name is linked with version number:

libhdf5.so.10 => /home/pingu/anaconda/bin/../lib/libhdf5.so.10

to avoid cdo failure when a different netcdf/hdf5 version is used try hardlinking of netcdf/hdf5:
