Feature Request: Support hiding the right hand column

Inner Toc elements do not close when navigating by clicking items

Steps to reproduce:

• go to the k8s reference docs
• click on "Deployment v1beta1 apps"
  • click on "Write Operations"
• click on "Jobs v1 batch"
  • click on "Write Operations"
• click on "Deployment v1beta1 apps"
  • click on "Read Operations"

Expected: Deployment "Write Operations" closes when clicking on Deployment "Read Operations"
Actual: Both Deployment "Write Operations" and "Read Operations stay open"

Toc window does not scroll to items when they are off screen

Steps to reproduce:

• go to the k8s reference docs
• click on "Deployment v1beta1 apps"
• click on "DeploymentSpec"
• click on "RollbackConfig"

Expected: The ToC scrolls to the item that is clicked
Actual: The ToC doesn't scroll to the item that is clicked

Url does not scroll to item

When I click on an item in the nav, it updates the URL in the browser. When I refresh the browser or go to that url, it doesn't take me to the item in the nav.
