Program Table resizes itself

When added/removing rows/columns, the program table resizes itself because
of the indivisibility of one pixel. We need to make sure it occupies the
same space all the time.

Running programs without saving

Supportneeds to be added for running the program without first saving the file.
This could be done by passing the Interpreter class the pixels list to play
with, rather than the filename.

Revamp codel color chooser

Change the codel color chooser from using event boxes to a GtkDrawingArea.

This is more efficient, neater (seen as we don't have a load of event boxes
knocking about), and will allow us to draw borders around the selected
color instead of changing its background.

Get rid of rgb to hex converting

It's all higgldy piggldy. Choose one (probably rgb and make it the standard).

UI is very inneficient with large images

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load an image bigger than about 30x30. 
2. Any larger than 50x50 is unbearable.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The UI should update relatively quickly, but it gets really slow when the
images start to get big.
This is probably due to me using an EventBox for each pixel. I may need to
look at a more efficient way of doing this.

Separate Program Table to it's own class

At present it lives within the UI class and the functions are all intermingled.

Increase/decrease program table size

Ability to change the program table size needs to be added to the ui.
