Add expand/collapse all to the top of each interface

Improve error handling

Specifically for failed XHR requests, Bugzilla is down etc.
Make sure it looks pretty at least.

Pull in member summary information from the spec?

Not sure if this is worth it but if this tool becomes useful to developers it would be neat to provide, alongside each member, the first sentence describing that member from the spec.

gulp watch doesn't work well

If there's an error in reactify, for example, the whole thing bails out.

Seems like this is a common gulp issue and needs specific workarounds. At the same time we should probably beep when there's an error so watch can run in the background.

json lint errors should be fatal

I'm pretty sure they're not at the moment which means if we get a pull request for status.json travis won't report it as failing

Indicate which bugs have changed recently

Specifically, we should get the "last resolved" time from bugzilla and if the bug has changed in the last, say, week or so, add an extra indication somewhere; at least alongside the bug in the detail view and possibly also in the member summary.

The UI should be useable by colour-blind people

There's already some text indicating the status of each member for screen readers but we use clip() to hide it. We should probably just always show that and make it smaller (and move the bug icons to the right).

The whole member bar should be clickable

i.e. not just the member text

At the same time we should:

• move the bug icons to the right
• make the area around the bug icons and spec icons clickable (possibly with some feint line to indicate the clickable region)

The header is boring

Probably just a some color: blackish background for the header and redish-orange heading / link button
