Handle seeds smaller than 32 bytes

If someone restores from i.e. a 12 word mnemonic and makes a backup to the sd card, this tool will output the wrong seed/mnemonic, as it will read 32 bytes.

This is due to the fact that the seed field is always serialized as 32 bytes, with the seed_length field indicating the actual size (which is normally 16, 24 or 32 bytes, corresponding to 12, 18, 24 mnemonic words).

Feature Request: Input manually the seed

Hello,
What about If I wanna recover my wallet without the backup file?
I think that the input text for " BIP39 seed phrase" should be writable.

What do you think?
