Hidden Wallet UI

Suggestion: once a normal hardware wallet has been linked, a long (or hard press on supported hardware) will pop a prompt to enter a wallet number. Will prompt to activate the relevant BitLox and then attempt to open numbered wallet.
Wallet will then show in the list with a striped diagonal grey background.
Question: after attaching/registering the wallet, can it self-destruct after a period of time?

In the transaction list for a wallet, the "incoming" (down arrows) should be green not red. Outgoing should be red, along with the amount

After the balance has been discovered and the last (next) valid receiving address is found, the app should send a msg to the device to display such address.

"Buy a BitLox" card

Similar to the Amazon and Glidera cards, should be on the home screen extolling the virtues of buying a BitLox.

Remove hardcoded network names for customnets

Add button to transaction details where you can "bump" the fee to unstick a transaction.
Will need to adjust the sequence integer in transaction construction. Is this possibly a BWS issue? Sequence for at least one (if not all) inputs needs to be set to MAX_INT-1

Sending from HW always declares "Payment Sent!" even with no processing

Checked on the chain; no transaction was sent even though victory was proclaimed.

EDIT: The "attach bit lox" screen came up as it should, but I noticed once it loaded the wallet and showed the tick mark, at that instant the app declared victory. The HW shows now a qr code, it does not ask about any transaction.

EDIT 2: Even worse, if I put the wallet PIN in incorrectly, the app declares "Payment Sent!"

App has 2 wallets, a 2-2 AUR wallet and a BitLox hardware Btc wallet.
In AUR wallet, in transaction details there is the "view in Blockchain" button - this directs to insight.bitpay.com (known issue).
However, in the hardware wallet the "view in Blockchain" buttons are completely non-functional.
