Self-locking while loading the configuration

As I didn't install any schemes before, I need to use Packer to install the new scheme for the first time.
In init.lua I think require('plugins') should be before require('color').

I read the docs of the repo but there is no importModuleSpecifierPreference, but when I placed an issue I was instructed to use importModuleSpecifierEnding. I remember these are two completely different options? Do you have a solution to the problem?

TAB error in Insert mode

When using Insert mode, I try to indent with TAB. It shows:
