Code cleaning

This project can honestly use a lot of code cleaning. I've decided to allow it to participate in the hacktoberfest event for this as it's not too difficult to do and should therefor be doable by most beginner / intermediate C# developers. For example: Exception handlers can most likely be improved quite a bit.

Improving design

The overall design of the program can be improved in a number of ways. The most wanted feature for me as a Dark and Light mode that users can switch to. But this is a very open enhancement request. If you'd like to take upon you, you'll have a lot of freedom if using your own imagination and come up with nice ideas!

Search function doesn't update to newly selected document if already open

There's a problem with the search function keeping focus on the document where it was opened. Even if you click a tab to switch to another document. The workaround for this problem is to simply close and reopen the search option while having the new document open. It should however update the document it uses while remaining open.

Add the Search and Replace function for the ScintillaNET library

This program allows users to modify XML documents. It's using the ScintillaNET library for this. The search function to find text within documents is already working. But the search and replace function is not. If anyone feels up for this challenge, I'd be very happy with it.
