Production environment variables

I noticed that app_name doesn't show "cubeApp" like on local server. Probably an issue with the gitignore file

we may have to set all environment variables such as app_name manually on the Heroku server

Add logins table

It is better practice to keep login information in it's own table for scaling and performance.

basic table will look like:
logins (
BIGINT loginid
BIGINT userid
DATETIME last_login,
VARCHAR(15) IP_ADRESS
...
)

algorithm color highlighting

Add highlighting options to the algorithms allowing for better readability for users.

Apparently this is not as easily done as I would have thought.
each section to be colored will have to wrapped in its own span
which then gets a color style to it. Ultimately it will rely on some regex magic and altering the algorithms
prior to them being saved in the databse; can add something like \R(..foo...) \B(..bar..)
for red/blue color codes to pull later with onLoad & regex.
